Reverts to Islam Virtual Ceremony – 2023

Uloom Zainabia is hosting its 1st annual Reverts
to Islam Virtual Ceremony to honor and award those who have recently
embraced the Islamic faith within the last two years. Whether you call yourself 'convert' or 'revert', if you embraced the Islamic faith in the last two years (2021 and 2022), you are invited to register for this
event which will take place virtually on Zoom. The date of event will be on
Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 2pm Eastern time via Zoom. Meeting details will be
sent shortly before the event.
Note: Believers who have not yet committed to
Islam but are thinking of doing so in the coming year are welcome to join in next year’s
ceremony after they have embraced the Islamic faith and pronounced the Shahadah.
If you are a revert to Islam within the last two years, you may proceed with online free registration, and submit the necessary requirements which includes: 1) Email two photos of yourself (sisters with head covering), along with a short introduction about yourself to uloomzainabia@gmail.com before February 20, 2023. 2) Record a video of yourself answering the following question: “What has attracted me to Islam?” Start by stating your name and sharing your thoughts briefly in one minute. Send a good quality video by WhatsApp to +1(201)736-7163. Your recording may be selected to be displayed in a video presentation during the virtual celebration event and/or shared online in celebration of yourself and others who have embraced Islam. By participating in this event, you are consenting that if selected, this presentation may be shared in public, which will be an inspiration and source of guidance to others.Instructions
